Connie is a licensed Real Estate Broker and currently works as a Managing Broker. Her real estate career began in 2000, working to help people achieve their goal of owning a home. In addition, her career has expanded to working with builders to find land, assist with due diligence, zoning and other aspects of the contract. When asked to serve on the Nonprofit Building and Assets committee, she considered it an honor to use what gifts God has given her to serve.
Tony Patti
Tony holds the role of Treasurer at Roswell Street Baptist Church, where his commitment and financial wisdom play a crucial part in the church’s objectives. His career culminated in his retirement as the Vice President of Financial Services at Mohawk Carpet Corp., showcasing his expertise and leadership within the industry. Tony’s personal life is enriched by his marriage of 53 years to his wife, Rosemary. Together, they have raised a loving family, including two daughters and two grandsons, who are a constant source of joy.
Perry Sapp
Perry Sapp is a Retired Pastor of Administration from Roswell Street Baptist Church. His career in ministry followed an early foundation in the newspaper industry, where he started at the age of twelve. Perry’s professional journey encompassed significant contributions in cities such as Savannah, Augusta, Greenville, SC, and Atlanta. Academically, he is a scholar with degrees from Furman University, Armstrong State University, and Kennesaw State University. Perry’s personal life is marked by his marriage of 48 years to Virginia Ellen, affectionately known as Ginger. Together, they have raised two children and are blessed with seven grandchildren, who continue to be a focal point of their lives.
David McGinnis
David McGinnis is an elder at Lost Mountain Baptist Church and retired from a fulfilling career in community banking, real estate development, and Habitat for Humanity. A committed Gideon and Rotarian, he finds joy in giving back through volunteering. Married to his wife, Marcia, for 54 years, they are blessed with three children, their spouses, and nine cherished grandchildren.
Bob English
Robert (Bob) English, born into a family of builders, discovered his passion for construction early on. He graduated with highest honors from Southern Polytechnical Institute and went on to a successful career with Batson-Cook Company, contributing to major projects like the Federal Reserve Bank and the Atlanta Memorial Arts Center. Later, Bob became the CEO and President of ADE Builders, Inc., a general contracting firm specializing in church construction, which expanded to include banks, medical buildings, and office parks. Under his leadership, ADE Builders, Inc. celebrated 55 years of service and built over 150 churches across Metro Atlanta.
Bob has also served as a trustee at Shorter University, on the board of directors at Home Transportation, and as chairman of deacons at Roswell Street Baptist Church. He is a dedicated teacher and mentor. Though retired, Bob treasures time with his family and remains an inspiration through his life’s work and service.
